How We Work
Ensuring the success of a project relies on a number of things. A good relationship, clear and regular contact as well as a structured plan to help things run smoothly.
Our project life cycle has everything required to make sure that both parties are kept in the loop and that everything is set out and understood from the outset.
Our Seven Stage Cycle
Below are the seven stages we use in our project life cycle.
1. Consult
Our consultancy services are part of every project we undertake and are a vital part of the creative process.
We'll use this time to listen to you, look at your specific requirements and from here come up with a solution that will meet your aims.
2. Specify
After consulting with you we will create your project specification, this will give both an overview and detailed information about the solution Red Cherry Solutions is going to create for you.
The specification is a great way for you to see what exactly is happening, keep up to date with our progress and to make sure we have everything right and you are satisfied with the proposal.
3. Design
From the consultancy we'll have ideas about what image you are looking to create, from the specification we'll know what the design has to achieve, from here we'll design your website or application.
We'll design something that works for you and at each stage ask you what you think so you're completely satisfied with the final design before we progress.
4. Create
This is where we take the design and turn it into reality. Your ideas will begin to come to life as everything comes together and takes shape.
We'll keep you updated to where we are, check you're happy with ideas and generally make sure you're satisfied, giving you the opportunity to be a part of the creative process.
5. Test
Once everything is about done, we'll put in place a test implementation, making sure that all the elements of the final solution work together and flow well.
We'll ask you to take a look at what we've created and at this stage will help you make those final little touches.
6. Deliver
We'll deliver the final solution, provide any training and help if required and then let you start using it. The hard work is done, now it's time to reap the benefits.
7. Support
After delivery, we'll still be here to help and support you and your solution.
