How we work

Ensuring the success of a project relies on a number of things. A good relationship, clear and regular contact as well as a structured plan to help things run smoothly.

Our project life cycle has everything required to make sure that both parties are kept in the loop and that everything is set out and understood from the outset.

1. Consult

We visit you, on-site, to discuss your requirements, learn about your business and answer any queries you may have.

2. Quote

We prepare a detailed quotation for you, summarising everything you need and what we’ll deliver to match those requirements.

3. Design + Specify

Now we get started by designing your new website and specifying in detail all of the features it will contain for your agreement. Once everything is in order we take a deposit.

4. Development

This is where we actually make the website, following the agreed design and specification. We’ll keep you updated throughout development, which usually takes 3-6 weeks depending on the size of the website.

5. Testing + Review

We upload the website to a testing location for us to double-check and for you to review and request any last amendments.

6. Delivery

Once everything is ready to go, we request the completion payment, that he website is signed-off by yourselves and then it is delivered and put live onto the internet. We also at this stage submit the website to the major search engines as standard to give you a head-start.

7. Support

We closely monitor the website after launch to make sure all is running properly and offer on-going support and maintenance to an agreed level.
